What should I bring to the workshop?
Everyone will be making a dough to take home to bake. You will need to bring a bowl and a clean linen towel to take home your dough. Another option is to bring a bread pan.
Many bread bakers use bannetons (also known as a bread baskets) to rise their breads which adds beautiful shape to the dough. Although not necessary, if you have one bring it with you to the class and I will show you how to use it and you can take your bread home in it!
Everything else will be provided, but if you have a favourite apron feel free to bring it.
What is your cancellation policy?
I will issue a full refund up to one week before the workshop. Refunds can be requested through Eventbrite.
If it is less than a week until the workshop I cannot refund your ticket but it is transferable to a friend, I just ask that you let me know their name and email address.
Are workshops offered in French?
Unfortunately not, I do not not speak french.
DO you do private events?
Absolutely! If you have a group of 6-12 friends wanting to do the workshop in your home kitchen I am happy to come in and run it for you and customize it to the crowd. Please contact us to coordinate the event of your dreams!
